What is your refund/return policy?Updated a year ago

With any Paire product we want you to feel good wearing your Paire as we are designing them. That's why we cover free returns/refunds (including free shipping) within 100 days of purchase.  If you'd like to return or refund your Paire, please reach out to us

If you believe you’re eligible for a refund but haven’t received one, contact us by sending us an email at [email protected]We review every refund and aim to respond within two business days.

If you haven't received a refund you're expecting, note that it can take up to 10 business days to appear on your card statement.
