Checkout+ is an optional add-on at checkout that gives you free return shipping on exchanges and protection for your parcel while it’s on its way to you.

With Checkout+: You’ll receive a free return shipping label for any exchanges on your order within our 100-day return window. Your order is also protected if it’s lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

Without Checkout+: Your first return or exchange on each order is still free. For any further returns or exchanges on that order, the cost of the return shipping label will apply.

Checkout+ doesn’t change our return eligibility. Final Sale items and opened socks or underwear (other than your first pair under our First Pair Happy Guarantee) remain ineligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges.
