Paire Replacement Terms and ConditionsUpdated 4 months ago

Our Return and Replacement Policy offers a 100-day window from your purchase date for returns or replacements. If your enquiry falls beyond this period, we can’t guarantee a replacement. For eligibility, items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original packaging. Please note that exchanged or replacement item is not eligible under this policy.

  • For socks and underwear: The first pair of socks or underwear in your order is eligible for a refund within our “First Pair Happy Guarantee.” Subsequent pairs must remain unopened if you wish to exchange or return them. We cannot accept returns for any opened or worn socks or briefs.
  • For garments and other accessories: Returned items must be sent back with their original packaging. opened garment bag is acceptable but product needs to be in good condition.
  • For manufacturing defects, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement. Misuse of the policy may result in restrictions.
  • After we review your claim, we’ll send replacements, but if your item is out of stock, we’ll offer a similar product or a refund. Replacement parcels are dispatched within 1-2 weeks.
  • Please note that delivery times may vary (up to 10-15 days) based on your location. Claims using macros or scripts are ineligible, and Paire may revoke policy access.
  • Note that items with discounted prices may not accepted for returns and exchanges unless they are found to be faulty.
  • We appreciate your understanding and want to clarify that Paire, its affiliates, and partners are not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from participation in the Paire Replacement Policy, except where prohibited by law.
