How do Pre-orders work?
If you have included a Pre-order item in your order, the entire order will be sent together in one parcel. Unfortunately, we don’t currently offer split shipments.
If you need your other items sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders — one for in-stock items and another for pre-order items.
Already placed a combined order but need the other items earlier? No worries, just email us at [email protected]. We can cancel and refund the pre-order item that’s causing the delay, so you can reorder it separately if you'd like.
How long is the wait for your Pre-order items to be shipped?
On the product page of any pre-order item, you’ll see an estimated dispatch timeframe. This gives you an idea of when your order will leave our warehouse.
Please note: While we work closely with our suppliers, pre-order items can sometimes face delays due to manufacturing issues, supply shortages, or extreme weather conditions. These situations are rare but can occasionally impact dispatch timelines.
We will always try our best to communicate these delays and find the fastest way to get those good feels to you as soon as possible.
