How do Pre-orders work? Will you send the order together?Updated 2 years ago

If you have included a Pre-order item in your order,  the entire order will be sent together in one parcel. Unfortunately, we do not split ship orders.

If you are pre-ordering items and require the other items on your order before your pre-ordered product is released, we highly suggest you place 2 separate order, one for the non Pre-order items and one for the Pre-order items.

If you have not placed a separate order and require the other items, please contact us at [email protected].

We can then cancel and refund the item delaying dispatch of your order; and you can re-order it if you wish.

How long is the wait for your Pre-order items to be shipped? 

When you are adding a Pre-order item to your cart, it will have a message that indicates how long until the item is being dispatched. Check the image below.




Please note, our stocks are directly received from our supplier and occasionally for pre-ordered items there are manufacturing delays, stock exhaustion or release date push backs that are out of our control especially during the COVID-19 restrictions we are still experiencing with logistics.

We will always try our best to communicate these delays and find the fastest way to get those good feels to you as soon as possible.
