How do I place an order?

At Paire, we do our best to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible! Placing an order with us is easy — just follow these steps:

1. Browse and choose your product
Head to paire.com.au and find the item you'd like, and select your preferred colour and size (Need help with sizing? Feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] - we're here to help!).

Choose the quantity and click ‘Add to Bag’. A shopping bag sidebar will appear to show what’s in your cart. It will disappear so you can keep browsing — no worries!

2. View your cart
You can click the Shopping Bag icon in the top right corner at any time to view your cart and check out.

3. Checkout
When you’re ready to complete your order, click the ‘Checkout’ button at the bottom on the Shopping Bag page. You’ll be guided through the checkout process in a few easy steps:

Enter your contact & shipping details
Choose your shipping method
Select your payment method (we accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Afterpay, Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX)
- For a faster checkout experience, our store also supports 'Express Checkout' functions that accept Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, depending on your device and browser.
Apply gift cards or discount codes

4. Place your order
Click ‘Pay Now’ to complete your order. You’ll receive an order confirmation email shortly, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is on its way.
